Megajackpot Terms and Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Users

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the megajackpot website at megajackpot.fun, including all subdomains, mobile apps, and related services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at megajackpot.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the User to access megajackpot services.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited into a megajackpot account by the User.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or additional benefits granted by megajackpot to Users under specific terms and conditions.
• "Company" refers to the operator of the megajackpot platform and all entities associated with it.

Any other terms not defined in this section shall be interpreted according to their common meaning within the context of the online gambling industry.

2Account Opening Eligibility

To register and use the megajackpot platform, an individual must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Is an individual who is not currently prohibited from participating in gambling activities for legal, court-ordered, or self-exclusion reasons.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.
• Has never had an account closed at megajackpot previously due to fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, credit card number, or residential address. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

3Account Registration and KYC Process

• Payment method details used for the deposit.

Megajackpot reserves the right to hold any withdrawal until the KYC process is fully completed. This is a protective measure to ensure the safety of the User's own funds.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Megajackpot supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, online banking, and major e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. All deposit transactions are processed through secure payment channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in the User's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Megajackpot does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are typically available in your account within minutes of payment confirmation.

Megajackpot reserves the right to reject or cancel any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity, money laundering, or any form of fraud. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal

Users are entitled to withdraw their account balance (including valid winnings) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The User Account has successfully completed and passed the full KYC verification process.
• No withdrawal is currently under review for security or compliance reasons.
• All wagering requirements (rollover) associated with the bonus received have been met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Megajackpot is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment providers. Any withdrawal issue not received within the stipulated timeframe must be reported to our support team within 7 days.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical malfunction verified by megajackpot.

8Account Security and Confidentiality

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure. megajackpot recommends the following measures to ensure account security:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.

• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the megajackpot support team immediately.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Megajackpot reserves the right to suspend or close any User account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The User has violated any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or dishonest behaviour has been detected.
• The User provided false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the megajackpot support team via live chat. Any valid funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the User upon completion of the verification process, subject to no outstanding compliance issues.

10Liability Limits

Megajackpot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party infrastructure such as internet providers, banks, or payment processors.
• Game losses incurred by the User as a result of valid game outcomes.
• Any action or omission by a third party beyond megajackpot's control.

Megajackpot's maximum liability to any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the net deposit amount made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

Megajackpot believes that great entertainment starts with responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of self-management tools that Users can use to control their playing habits:

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss limit — set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Play time limit — limit the amount of time you spend on the platform each day.
• Cool-Off Period — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12Amendments to Terms and Conditions
